New Movement is a small valley; provisional capital of liberated zones, where the Vietnam Communist Party carried out the Party's national conference (08.13.1945) decision of the uprising. National Congress meeting on (16/08/1945) through 10 major policy of the Vietnamese Minh elected interim government by Uncle Ho as Chairman of the NLF and Vietnam where the ceremony of the military.
